Kathleen Pless joined Rondout Savings Bank as Senior Vice President and Director of Loans.

Pless has worked in community and regional banking environments. She brings over 20 years of experience in the areas of commercial loans, construction loans, CRE, multi-family loans, credit analysis and risk management.

Pless was a member of the Valley Health System Hospital Auxiliary and Literacy Volunteers of America. She has served on the Bergen Volunteer Center Board of Directors and served on its Executive Committee, Real Estate Working Group, Marketing and Branding Committee, and Strategic Planning Committee.

In his new role, Pless will be responsible for the growth of the bank’s lending division and will continue Rondout’s long tradition of serving the community through volunteer efforts.

Pless holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University. She is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the American Bankers Association and has completed the Certificate in Leadership Program from the Wharton School and Commercial Lending School at Southern Methodist University. She lives in Kingston.

Dr Neeraj Hotchandani, originally from the Hudson Valley, joined Nuvance Health Medical Practices to provide primary care in Highland at 514 Route 299.

Hotchandani sees adults 18 and older and speaks conversational Spanish. He believes that a good primary care physician gives patients the knowledge they need to make the decisions that are right for them.

For his training, he completed his internal medicine residency at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey. He holds an MD from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn. Prior to medical school, he spent two years as a research associate with The Advisory Board Company, a healthcare consulting firm in Washington DC.
