BELLAIRE – Belmont Savings Bank has announced the addition of new members to its team: Joanna Fowkes, Razmine Rouse and Susan Brown.

Fowkes will be the branch manager in the Bellaire office. She has been working in the banking industry for over 10 years and has knowledge in all aspects of banking. From loans to internal auditing and opening accounts including CDs, IRAs and estate accounts, she will bring a wealth of knowledge to clients. She is a former member of Bridgeport Rotary and a graduate of the Universal Banking Class in Columbus, Ohio. She holds a BA in Education from West Liberty University and an MA in Teaching Leadership from the University of Phoenix. She lives in Wheeling with her two cats. Rouse will be the branch manager in the St. Clairsville office. She has worked in the banking industry for over eight years serving the St Clairsville area. With her training and experience as a universal banker from the Ohio Bankers League in Columbus, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the community, clients and employees. Razmine specialized in business management at Akron University.
She enjoys being involved in the community which suits her perfectly as BSB is very community oriented. Razmine currently lives in Rayland and can be reached at the branch at 740-695-0140.
Brown will be the mortgage loan officer for the St. Clairsville branch. She has 28 years of banking experience and has worked throughout the Ohio Valley.
She plays a key role in the management of a banking office, has helped build teams, is efficient in the mortgage process and has a passion for working with her clients and deepening their banking relationship. Brown works closely with his banking partners and is very involved in the community.
She is a past member of Bridgeport Rotary and the Bridgeport, Shadyside and St. Clairsville Chambers of Commerce. She lives in Shadyside with her son, Cullen Dalton.
