Bank of Punjab and Sindh savings account interest rate
Deposits to PSB savings accounts are eligible for individuals (single names or spouses) and certain organizations / agencies such as HUF, non-social organizations, clubs, trusts, corporations, associations, schools, executor (s) / administrator ( s), government Organizations, semi-government services, recognized FP accounts, etc.
The account must have a minimum balance of Rs.50,000 / – or more in rural and semi-urban branches and Rs. 2,00,000 / – or more in urban and metropolitan branches, and an account holder must maintain a minimum balance from Rs. 50,000 / – or more in rural and semi-urban branches and Rs. 2,000,000 / – or more in urban and metropolitan branches.
The account holder must maintain a minimum balance of Rs.50,000 / – in rural and semi-urban branches and Rs.2,00,000 / – in urban and metropolitan branches in these accounts. As of September 16, 2021, PSB is offering the interest rates below on savings accounts.

Interest rate of fixed deposits of the Bank of Punjab and Sindh
For deposit amount less than Rs 2 Cr, PSB is now offering the following interest rates to ordinary citizens on National Term Deposits, NRO Accounts, 1988 Capital Gains Accounts Scheme, Recurring Deposit Scheme and PSB’s fixed deposit tax savings regime.
