Reva Pauline Pendell, 89, of Wilmington, Ohio, died early Saturday morning November 20, 2021 at the Autumn Years Nursing Home in Sabina, Ohio.
She was born April 27, 1932 in Washington Court House, Ohio, daughter of the late Thomas Wash and Florence Irene (Oiler) Hunt.
Marrying J. Warren Pendell on August 30, 1952 in Martinsville, Ohio, he was predeceased in death on January 18, 2017.
Reva had attended the Friends of Cuba meeting and Church of Christ in Wilmington. She worked at the Wilmington News Journal for 10 years and retired from the Irwin Auger Bit Company as a payroll manager after more than 10 years of service.
She was a member of the Wilmington Savings Bank Senior Citizens Center and graduated in 1950 from Martinsville High School.
The survivors are her son, Steve (Cathy) Pendell of Sabina; grandson, Nathan (Gretchen) Pendell of High Springs, Florida; and her sister, Norma Jean Sherod of Wilmington.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Reva was predeceased by her son, Thomas Pendell.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday November 26, 2021 at the Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 W. Locust St. in North Mulberry Street, Wilmington. Interment will follow at Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington, Ohio.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Friday, November 26 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home.
